Global PDR Global Paintless Dent Removal, Brian, Global PDR Solutions Incomplete work, Damaged vehicle, Failure to fix upon numerous agreements Wichita, Kansas

We used Global PDR to fix my wife and my vehicles after pretty extensive damage from a hail storm in April 2012. Hers vehicle is a 2003 Cadillac CTS and mine is a 2003 GMC Yukon. The work was started and completed in mid/late August. Our problem wasnt in the paintless dent removal, in fact it was an extremely good job. The problem was that when the removed the head liner in the CTS that they broke the rear drivers pillar cover that conceals the airbag, broke the rear dome light cover (it wont fasten to the roof brackets) and they rendered the accesory lights useless because none of them work at all. In the 2003 Yukon the rearview chromatic mirror doesn't display the tmperature, direction or dims at night when a vehicle approaches from the rear.

Our experience was good during the repair process but when we called their office and talked to Brian (Owner/Manager) he said he would be in our town at their satellite location and would call to fix our vehicles. Without a call the promised day we called him again and he stated he got busy and would be back over in our town to replace/repair our broken vehicles but again that promise rang empty. A few weeks later and numerous times since, I stopped by their store but it was closed and what appeared to be permanently. 

I believe I'm a person to give people the opportunity to make right what is wrong. We've given numerous opportunities and feel like they've taken our money and ran with it leaving us to pick up the pieces of a wreckless disassembly and assembly.
