global pet delivery, global airways pet cargo asked to send 250.00 for shipping of 2 hyacynth macaws [birds] then later asked for 150.00 for a crate for birds to ride in, we sent the money per walmart money transfer they picked it up, thennext day asked for 255.00 for insurance or the birds would be quaranteened in pensylvania we refused to send anymore money and told them you buy the insurance since it was totally refundable and send the birds. the birds were suppose to arrive at 8:oo pm on 11/21/2013 thursday . we argued with the man on the phone for 1 to2 hours finally he gave up . the birds never came . he has several magic jack phones and no matter what number we call , him the shipper or a third number, he always answeres the phone or you leave a message and he calls you back south lion Michigan

we answered an ad on craigs list for 2 hiacynth macaws to adopt, just pay shipping to get them , $250.00.  we called and the man that we talked to ,gregg,  said his daughter passed away in a car accident, e shippedthe birds were hers, and the couldnt look at them anymore, without thinking of her. so they just wanted to g et rid of them, not sell them.  we are bird lovers so we agreed to pay the $250.00 to ship them to us first by air then by truck. we wired the money to them via walmart money transfer on 11/20/13  around 6:00pm. the money was picked up by ,,,,his wife,,,???

he called us back and said the birds will be shipped that evening. he called us back later and said the birds had to be special crated and that cost $150.00 we were skeptical thought about it and decided he was right  exotic birds have to be shipped safely so we sent $150.00  which was supposedly was refundable  70%. they picked up that money the next day we were told the birds were in pennsylvania and would be quarenteened, and what else i dont know, so we were told  supposedly by another person with the same accent {INDIA] easy to tell, that we had to pay $255.00 for insurance in order to ship these birds in to ilion, ny our village. 

we called this guy back and told him, and he said he would call the airlines. he got back to usba few minutes later and said we have to pay this the same way as the other 2 times  walmart money transfer. i said i would not pay anymore and we had lots of words  and i told him you pay the fee as long as it is refundable youll get it back  "just ship the birds" im not paying anymore.  the birds never came he hasent called us back. we have all the documentation and conversations if a police agency is interested dont fall for this he has done it with other animals. you could lose a lot more than I did
