Have recieved various phone calls and emails from Global Processing trying to get our small business to change its merchant account processing using scare tatics and acting like your company is already using them to process your credit cards. Thats how they get thru the gate keepers. They use the terms of "Your on a teir 1 account and should be on a teir 2 rate scedule" also "Removing brokers commission" etc. They will also tell you you will be in penalties if you dont fill out the forms and change your teir. The forms look cheesy, and they cant even do a good copy and pasting of their Better Business logo. Please do not fill out any info, or give them any persobal info either.... This is all a scam, and you will end up with higher fee's and possible idenity theft too!

Been with them for years

AUTHOR: Lynn - ()

POSTED: Friday, April 18, 2014

I happened to come across this when I was considering changing processors when I saw the company of the name I use now. I've spoken to Brett Wingardner and I must say he isn't the most charming person out there. When I first had contact with him I thought he was a complete jerk. However when he showed me the rates and explained everything to me it really made sense. I ended up dealing mainly with someone in customer service named Amber and she was so helpful, overly accomodating and spent a lot of time going over my old statements with me. And that is usually the person I call now if I have any questions. Once I filled out the information and sent everything out I haven't had any issues at all. Been with them for over three years now and my rates are still way lower than anything I've ever paid before. Plus if I ever need anything I just call and someone always picks up to handle my issue. But I really haven't had many.

When they first called me they said the same thing about the Tier thing and I honestly have no idea how any of that works but I know that the rates they showed me were way lower than  what I was paying before. All these companies just want to take your money and most of them are ripping us off. But I must say dealing with the guys at global has been great. The girl I talked to, I felt like she just wanted to help, Brett was really pushy and caught me off guard & I almost wanted to file a complaint but I wouldn't throw the tree out just because of one bad apple. Global has been great to us & has saved us so much money and stuck to their word so I would totally recommend them. We process about 75,000 a month and I've never had any issues getting my money or anything. I definitely don't think anyone over there would steal my identity...haha but I would say give them a chance they are definitely not a scam...
