If Global was vindicated that's great, but what is that the truth? Is joe indeed a x-employee?
or a current one. Because having gone through arbitration myself I know that not even myself having been a party to the arbitration could not get the reason the arbitration was won by global, in fact the attorney for global sent me letter indicating that I could not find what the arbitrator based his decision on, then even better than that The arbitrator himself sent me a letter denying my right to find out the basis of his decision so I don't see why a employee would have that kind of information.

The truth Is just because someone has the resources to have an attorney legally find a loop holes in the law to get them out of a jam, dosen't mean they were right, It just means they have learned to use the money they have taken and put it to good use!

Global Resources won an arbitration case before I left. They were found to be in complaince with the distributor's contract, and the arbitrator found no wrong doing on behalf of Global. The distributor's lack of effort is what caused their business to fail.

I don't know the details of your dealings with Global Resources, but if you asked for and were given so called references of people who were supposed to be happy customers of Global Resources and you contacted them, you were defrauded before you even signed the purchase agreement. Therefore the agreement is void and 45 days 90 days is all academic and by law Global Resources is supposed to return the money. John Maginnis is the criminal that defrauded me with the phony references. They give everybody three. That is in violation of Florida law because they are supposed to give 10 references closest to the prospective investor.

I did the send a letter to Stewart Pope dance routine twice. I received a slightly altered form letter in response each time. I thought about arbitration but since it was one of the Global Resources Reps that suggested it I sort of figured they had that one rigged. I believe it was called American Arbitration.

I received a letter from the Florida Department of Agriculture. The letter states that they are seeking a permanent injunction against Global Resources and will seek restitution for damages for victims. So if you have not signed an affidavit and returned it to:

Thanks Mike, I guess if they tell you half the truth that should count for something, Anyway I failed to mention in my last report some important things that came up in the arbitration for those of you already in bed with gobal resources or for those of you thinking about it. First of all Global states in thier contract that they only offer secretarial assistance, this means when you complain or go to court and say they never gave me locations, then they say they do not offer location in their contract. Even though in the commercials, in their conversations with distributors and even though they have a location dept, the contract says otherwise.

Second There is a clause in the contract that says something to the effect that Global resources has 45 day from the date of delivery of sale materials Phones ect. for you start your buisness. Now here is the fork in the road "45 day from the date of delivery" which means if they get it to you in 45 day they they have 45 days....turns in to and so on. Oh also my hats to one of the attorneys for global resources Mr. Ross Rosenberg, P.A. from Miami.

This gentelmen did not waste a moment of his education and belive me he has found his nitch. This guy knows his way around with these guys which leads me to belive that he is not only in bed with global but is picking up their dry cleaning and washing their cars. Think about this it's one thing not to know what your clients are doing, it's another to know and then say I'm not really hurting anybody so when can I submit my billable hours. It's funny how many people you can get to help you do the wrong thing even when the right thing is what you said you would do when you started out.
