Received a hand written envelope with a Canadian stamp and.no return address. A check for $3,950.00 made in my full name, fell to the table as I opened the letter. The letter appealed to my curiosity, vanity, and sense of intitigue. I was offered $350.00 for training, $ 100.00 for shopping at J.C . Penny's and 100.00 to shop at Wal-Mart. I also was to make a moneygram transaction for $3,300.00 . Told to call so that the check can be cashed.
Now my Secret agent mind went into gear.
I had fun with my mental stories both good and dangerous. Decided to look this company up and found your sight. Did not make the call.
I have a check that needs a destination or purpose. Any suggestions?Trash?FBI?Special Account?

YOU DID THE RIGHT THING --THIS CHECK IS NO GOOD!

AND THIS IS A RIP OFF.
THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE STEALING CHECKS AND FORGING CHECKS AND FINDING GREEDY AND STUPID PEOPLE WHO ARE BASICALLY DISHONEST AND DEPOSIT THESE CHECKS AND SEND MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE CHECK WA NO GOOD IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I WOULD E-MAIL THE BANK THE CHECK WAS WRITTEN ON AND TELL THEM WHAT WAS SENT TO ME.
IF THEY DON'T WANT IT, THEN I WOULD SHRED IT.
IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS.
IF YOU DIDN'T ENTER A LOTTERY, YOU DIDN'T WIN IT.
IF YOU GET A CHECK YOU DIDN'T EARN AND DIDN'T EXPECT, IT ISN'T REAL.
