Global Solutions These scammers need to be stopped Internet

I've gotten several threatening calls from an Alexandra Parks who claims that I own for a payday loan I took out in 2008 or 2009 and never paid back. The thing is I do not currently owe anyone a late payment for anything and am current with all my bills. Also the few payday loans I've taken out in the past have likewise been paid. At first she left a message that said that I had a returned item from my bank that they were going to report to check reporting agencies but that quickly escalated from that to defrauding a financial institution, to having a summons and warrant issued in my state all in a matter of days. She has also changed what department she works in at Global Solutions each day she leaves a message and never leaves the usual "this is an attempt to collect a debt" spiel legit collectiin agencies are required by law to leave.

I did speak with her on one occasion as a result of a coworker transfering her call to me and got her to tell me enough information that I know this is a scam because the loan she claims I hadn't paid off was paid in full years ago and I have paperwork to that effect. She gave me a fax number to send the information to their office but of course it didn't work.

 Just to be certain I contacted the payday loan place in question to attempt to substantiate her claims and was told I owed them nothing and what's more that they deal with collection activity in house and don't use third party collection agencies at all. The person I spoke to there had me file a detailed report with them so that they would be aware of this problem and then advised me to report it to various goverment agencies, local authories,to put a fraud alert on my credit report and to alert my bank about it as well, which I had already done.

Ms. Parks has used at least four local cell numbers to try to trick me into answering and has called several times a day though she only leaves one message a day. I've been blocking those numbers as they come up in my call logs but she still calls my place of employment and always seems to do so immeditely after calling my home phone but only getting the answering machine.
