Complaint Review: Global Sun Pools/Blue World Pools

Problem 1: After the saleman was at our home and the agreement was made, we had trouble with the financing percentage rate...it was different than he said. Problem with that was, the pool was already here before it was done!

Problem 2: The Ionizer quit working very soon after we got the pool. It took numerous calls and effort to get it taken care of. Got a new one and it went out within a couple months. Called back and was told I had to pay for one, I refused. Needless-to-say, we still do not have one!

Problem 3: The winter cover and the summer cover we were promised by the salesman never came. Call after call finally got a a winter cover but no summer cover! The winter cover came out the box with a hole in it! Calls...again...and we STILL have the one with the hole in it and NO summer cover!

Problem 4: The financing potion has been transferred over FOUR times to different named companies, so I never know who will be accessing my bank account for payment...one time two different ones did!!! I got one payment reversed by having my bank handle it!

Now, the company taking money out of my account is Highland Premier...there is no contact information on them. I received no correspondance from them, and my bank doesn't even have any information on them!

I have called the Blue World Pool phone number, day after day, to attempt to get in touch with someone that can give me contact information on Highland premier. I usually get a message about their hours of operation which says "from 9am until 10pm, EST). Well, I ALWAYS call within those hours and can NEVER talk to somone in Finance.

Last night I thought I would try a different route, so after being informed they were closed (it was 9:12pm EST), I called back and hit the number for Sales...someone immediately answered. I told them what I wanted and was told he "couldn't help me, but just a minute, I'll get someone that can"...Hurrah...but then he just transferred me to the Finance line and I got the "sorry we are closed, please call back between 9am and 10pm EST" message again!

I wait and call back today, April 21, 2006, at 9:34 am EST...choose the option for Finance and, lo and behold what do I get? Right, the message about "Sorry we are closed, call back between the hours of 9am and 10pm EST." I hang up, call again, choose Sales again and what happens? Someone answers IMMEDIATELY again. I explain to him my problem. He says "I can't help you because I don't know anything about that, I just do sales" .. I have told him about the night before, too. He says, "Well, they aren't here yet, sometimes they are late, it's 9:35"...I said "Well, I stopped the automatic payment through my bank, so if I can't get in contact with someone there that can help me, I bet someone will get in touch with me when they don't get paid!"

He said "Wait a minute, I'll get someone for you." I waited, on hold, for 9 minutes, then the phone clicked...no, there was no one there, I just got hung up on! I waited AGAIN and called back at 10:04 am EST, and guess what happened? Yep! Got the SAME recording about their hours, choose the Finance option and then got "Sorry we are closed, please call back between 9am and 10pm EST." I about blew a head casket!!!

I search online for Highland Premier, to no avail! I try the web address for Blue World Pools and Global Sun Pools for a contact via an e-mail address...there is none! Just the same old number..1-800-706-0907! This is exceptionally bad because all I want is a way to contact the people that have my account...I am tired of this outrageous interest rate...still owe almost the original amount AFTER 2 years!! I want a PAYOFF amount, so I can pay them off!!!

Still, I cannot get in contact with a person that can help me! I have had nothing but trouble with them since the day we signed our contract...now I'm even having trouble with them when I want to pay them!

BOTTOM LINE, I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! AND, I WILL CERTAINLY TELL OTHERS NOT TO...I PLAN TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE EDITOR OF OUR SMALL TOWN PAPER, AS WELL AS THE TALLAHASSEE DEMOCRAT! And, I will contact the Better Business Bureau about them! (probably in Nevada, in Georgia and Florida)

Does anyone know how to actually speak to someone in their finance department or at Highland Premier? Please let me know! THANKS!!!!

I THINK I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE

Oh no! I didn't see this site until lots of research online and after I had already signed my contract! I'm hoping above all hopes that my financing will not go through and I will get turned down!
