Global Tank Construction Scott Leonard SERVICES RENDERED, NO PAYMENT Salina Oklahoma

Mr. Leonard contacted us to provide pilot cars for a project on 11/14/16. Our drivers met his drivers the following day and were very professional, and completed the job in a timely, knowledgable fashion. After the loads were delivered, we emailed our invoices over to Mr. Leonard with the understanding that payment would be sent to us when he received our bill. From that point forward, we did not hear from him regarding payment, nor did we get a response to our many phone calls and emails. We then contacted the customer that owned the equipment, and notified them that we were not compensated for our work rendered. They contacted Mr. Leonard, which prompted him to pay 2 out of the 3 bills that we were owed. We are still awaiting payment for the last invoice, and have received no correspondence from Mr. Leonard. The amount of the final bill is $520.00. I would strongly advise that all pilot car companies steer clear of Scott Leonard dba Global Tank Construction.
