Global Tea Direct, Tea Francais tea francais charged $2.00 on 8-10, 38.95 on 8-11 and 38.95 on 8-15, unauthorized, i have filed fraud with my bank and hot carded my check card.... cushing, Oklahoma

World Tea Direct aka TeaFrancais either bought or stole my check card number, charged my account 2 dollars on one day, 38.95 on the next, throwing my account in the negative, i checked my account this morning, and they have taken another 38.95 out of my account. i now have an extra 70 in nsf fees to pay, which my bank will not fix, saying it is not their fault. wtc said they would fax a letter to my bank to fix the nsf fees but the bank has not rec'd it yet. the customer service people at wtc were rude and hateful.....due to all of this, so far it has ended up costing me, a single mom of four, 80 in their charges plus 70 in nsf, for a total of 150...i have filed fraud with my bank, and am still awaiting results!
