Are all the same and have scammed me of $89.95 on May 27, 2014.  When I initially signed up the rep by the name of JUSTIN told me that I can have unlimited calling for $29.95 plus a one time initiation fee of $9.99 for a total of $38.90.  After that he said that was just to create a number that will ring at my number of prefence. He went ahead and tested it and called me back saying it was OK.  He also asked me to call Offenderconnect.com which is the local company at the Jail site that will provide me with a LOCAL number so that I can complete the connection.  When I contacted Offenderconnect.com they charged me $50.00 and asked me to set up a profile which I did.  Then they charged $ 7.95 for a  set up fee.  And told me I had $42 of available money for the inmate to call me.  Much to my surprise that same evening I kept getting calls from a jail from multiple inmates that I DID NOT EVEN KNOW !!! when I called the next day to complain to Global Tel Link they said, no problem we will issue another number.  Once they did that, I said well, can I transfer the money I already paid to my new number?  they said, oh the bad news is you need to call Offenderconnect,com cause we have no control over that. When I called offenderconnect.com they said, the problem is your money went to the wrong company (called VCONNECT) and gave me their number.  When I called VCONNECT they told me those two phone numbers I provided to them were under somebody else's name.  I was back to the begginnning meaning I had been scammed of a total of $89.95 without any possibilities of getting my money back.  BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!
