global tel link advance pay service department made deposit on inmate account and the full amount was not placed in the inmate account. Money missing from acount period. denver, Colorado

made deposits on inmate phone since 7/2012. Money on deeposit everytime have came up from 4.00 to 5.00 shorter on the account. had a phone call today 10/5/2012 with 14.00 left on the inmate phone and when he called back global tel link said it was 6.00 left. golbal tel link have been ripping me off for months and I am now just finding away to report my rip off by this company.

They need to fix the mistakes they made with this account since 7/2012. I have all my receipts and I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs and the better business bureau if nothing is done for my account.  the account number is 615-586-8649. I sent a report to global tel link and I have not heard anything back.
