This guy by birth and Sri-Lankan and grew up in India. For last 2.5 years he is in US. He stole leads of RCI, Hilton from somewhere(Don't want to mention) and started selling Timeshare Vacation Packages. As telemarketing is a fraud in US according to FBI he hired 3 call centers from outside of US. One from Bangladesh, another from Guatemala & another from Phillipine. 

Now, about me, he hired my whole call center from Bangladesh wtih 30 telemarketing agents for $3/hr and had us dialing for his illegal company. He was supposed to pay me every week, but after first week he started playing game with me and said, in case of sending me money to Bangladesh, its required to provide him a bank permission that I am allowed to receive payment from him. I have been runing call center business for over 3 years and I never had that issue. But as I trusted him I was following his instruction and started running after bank to get the permission which was very tough though. But in the mean time my dues were going higher and higher. For every week it was around $2500. But I didn't stop working for him as he still owes me a lot. I kept working till 2 months without getting paid and in the mean time he paid me only $1500 by Western Union and said, that's all I was permitted to send without the Bank Paper. 

At the end, i got the bank paper after 2 months and 20 days. Then I sent him the paper and he asked me to stop working until he make payment. That's was it. after few days he removed me from his Skype, Facebook, Blocked my phone number. 

He left me with a debt of $7000 and he still owe me $14560 ... 

Then I spoke with the Guatemala team and they said, he did the same for them too. But Phillipino team stopped working for him right after 2 months.

Then I tried to call the customers back and talk to them those who I sold his vacation package and most of them said, they already requested for refund as they found it as fraud.

Please do not buy from or deal with Manoj Rajayah or Global Tour and Travel. Don't even work for them ...
