Global Travel International Unethical business practices! BEWARE!! Ripoff Toronto Internet

Global Travel International (GTI) tries to pass itself off as a respectable, professional company but it is NOT. The company continues to use sneaky, unethical business practices designed to mislead customers and their so called travel agents.

GTI lure people into signing contracts to become travel agents for free (for the 1st year) or so you think. After signing up, they bombard you with SPAM email and annoying pre-recorded phone messages to a point where many simply add them to their SPAM filter or hang-up the phone. Some time later, the unsuspecting VICTIM gets a letter and a phone call from the RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people at Monterey Collection Services in Carlsbad, CA, saying you own money for services that only amount to nothing more than SPAM!

Of course GTI will hide behind a contract saying you should have read the fine print. So legally they may have a leg to stand on (if you actually signed a contract). Ethically, however, their business practices are inexcusable, especially considering the volume of complaints and victims they leave in their wake.
In my case, I chickened out of signing up with GTI (while at a Russ Whitney seminar) but they processed my membership anyway. Today they still insist on victimizing me (with the help of RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people at Monterey Collection Services!)
Please don't let anyone else become a victim. Spread the WARNING about Global Travel International's UNETHICAL business practices. And, please don't use their services. The last thing we need to do is support another corporation that knowingly continues to take advance of unsuspecting victims while hiding behind the law. Business isn't just about the mighty dollar. Corporations have an ethical responsibility too!
