Global Water in the city of Maricopa The best company for taking your money for no reason Maricopa, Arizona

I read the report posted about Global Water and I could not agree more!!!  Global Water is the biggest scam artists you will every have to deal with if you live in the city of Maricopa, AZ.  If you're one day late paying your bill they will cut you off with no notice, phone call or anything.  A few months back I got a bill that was almost twice what my regular bill is and when I called to find out what was going on they told me that they raised there rates and forgot to charge me for the past 6 months.  I literally live a few blocks away from there building and they will charge my something like $75 for a reconnection fee if I pay a day late.  Also when you call they say that they wont be able to get out there until the next day or maybe two, mind you I live within walking distance.

The last time that they turned off our water they said it would be a few days before they could turn it back on.  Well I couldn't go a few days with out water having 3 kids in the house so I went outside and turned the water back on myself.  Then I called the automated system paid my bill and thought that was that.  No one every came out and nothing was ever said then about 5 months later I get a bill with a reconnection fee on it even though no one had to come out and it cost them nothing.  I guess they thought that it should cost me something!  I wish that there was something we can do or another company we can go through but there is not Global Water has a monopoly out here and they can charge whatever they want and do whatever they want cause else can we do?  If I would go to jail for it I would go around and weld every ones valve to the on position and have everyone stop paying there water bills so for once Global Water would see what it was like to be the one getting screwed!!!
