Globaltel Link GTL Global-tel Link Class Action Law Suit  Internet

Global-Tel has a monopoly within our state prisons. Because of this Global-tel is abusing its power. Customer Service is horrible. The phone service is horrible. Calls will drop, fail to go through, fail to recognize inmate names, and etc. Money is taken from accounts. (Theft). Unauthorized phone blocks. The money is not refunded. When family members complain they are told the inmate has to complain. How is that? Filing Grievances? That is not a good reflection on the inmate. I call for a Class Action Law Suit, OR the prisons extend the contract to other communication companies as well. Companies that have different owners, and are in direct competition with Global Tel Link.
