A little background about the company:

The founder and owner of Linktech is Meir Yaniv. An Israeli kid in his mid-20s that started the company in his apartment bedroom cold calling realtors in 2003. Meir, who is obssessed with becoming a "Rock Star", is also the lead member of the punk rock band Abused Romance. They are signed by a major record label. He lives in Los Angeles. Most of the revenue generated from customer accounts by the company is used to fulfill his thrive to become a "real" rockstar, someday.

The actual CEO of Linktech is a short fat bald man named Jeff Essebag. Jeff is also a Co-Owner of the company, and runs the company from the Beverly Hills Office.

The COO of Linktech is a young mid 20s man named Omar Yusuf. Omar Attended Oregon State University, and was also a former Mortgage Loan Officer. He runs the Beaverton Offices, which is the location of MOST of the companys departments including Customer Service, Retention, Placement, Collections, ect. The Beverly Hills office is a sales-only office.

David Solonika, is the sales Manager for the Beaverton office. Mohammed "Mo" Hariri is the Sales Manager of the
Beverly Hills office. There is also an additional member of management named Jordan Bilyeu, a lanky, hyper, mid-20s kid that is a recovering heroin addict that verbally abuses and berates employees.

Everything is highly scripted. The scripts are used to convince you to buy a search phrase on either Bing or Google, depending on the DBA thats calling.

They use an auto-dialer. Lead files in the auto-dialer are recycled every time a new DBA is established or roughly every
3-6 months, so your never getting called by the "same company as they say. The Leads contained in the files are also blended and traded back and forth by the Beverly Hills office and the Beaverton Office. The lead files are compiled with data obtained from many sources, usually Realtor.com, Activerain, Trulia, homes.com, ect.

Hold times to get to a live person when calling to cancel will generally exceed 2+ hours. It will generally take 3+ hours to
cancel the service. Another method of canceling would be to simply have you credit card company reverse the charge.

The Beaverton office is known for hiring convicted felons, and drug addicts. The Linktech owner himself Meir Yaniv is a major
self-proclaimed pot-smoker.?

It is generally a running joke that Linktech hires "off the MAX train" (the Portland-Area's public transportation light-rail system) and/or out of the local jails. There was (on at least one occasion) a murderer actually employed by Linktech.

The company constantly hires and fires employees, the average employment for any given employee is less than 30 days. Its a revolving door of hired sales reps, they hire about 10-15 per week and fire just as many for non-performance. Little to no actual product training is given, so people with no sales or technical background wont last. It is always a thought of "will today be my last day here" attitude amongst the employees.?

The department that actually handles the client phrases and placement for the campaigns is way understaffed and client's
account get neglected. Placement drops off the page, clients get upset.?
