Contacted GMAC because they are GMAC with a good reputation. They told me there were no guarantees but the unit should be sold without any problem even indicating I would not have to pay the maintenance fees for that year. This was OCTOBER 2005!!!.

They have never call with any offer or even to say hello. Almost FOUR years.

In my search I reached another GMAC. This lady told their usual price is $1,100.00 but they have a special offer today for only $800.00. We paid $600.00 October 6, 2005. Fould out she is only a few desks away from my contact so of course no call back.

We cannot use the resort because my wife's medications will not allow her to be in the sun, even has to cover in the car. Of course our resort could care less. If something happens to us I guess this burden passes on to our daughter. At almost 73 I guess I should have known better but thought I could trust a company like GMAC. Obviously I was wrong.

No one call back after 4 years. I wouldn't buy a used rebber band from GMAC.

Sorry about this but I am sure someone reading this remembers when we would trust certain Companies before we put trust in some government agencies.

I am still trying to sell this timeshare. Good location and all that we just can't use it. And EVERYONE want money up front. Or an appraisal fee..There is no such thing as an appraisal fee for timeshares.

Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
