This company that is merging with WMS ( WattsMarketingServices) is refusing to pay x employees and pays current employees (what he feels like) He will adjust your hours worked and not pay you if you quit or get fired. He is not letting us (employees) take lunches at a timely manner or use the restrooms. The company CCS has multiple suits and files on it....changing names won't help you this time SCOTT. The Labor board..8 on your side...and the dept of agriculture (telemarketing liscence dept) have also been contacted. Please help yourself by never working for this "man" or his companies. Watch for the adds as he tries to find new victims...
