Once i realized that they had charged me 89.95, i called the company and was told that their was nothing they could do that there is a no return no money back policy. I advised them that i did not authorized this purchased they said they had all my information and that i was the one who made the purchased. So i went to my bank and they really said there wasnt much they could do but cancel my card so i could not be charged again. Well just yesterday i received a letter in the mail stating that i still owe the company 79.90 and that it was over 21 days past due and that if i did not pay this in full it would effect my credit. They tried processing the credit card that i had on file but since i cancel that acct and card they had no way to take my money. I seriously thought that after the first attempt in january and them saying that they would not charge my acct again i was done with this company but month later i receive a letter. Im not sure what i should do, since they are saying that it will effect my credit if any one has any ideas on what i can do. This company must be stop and if anyone is filing any class action suits count me in!!!!!!

This is such bullshit, get a life other than complaining about stupid s**t, they don't even sell that for one, for 2, they would of never sent it without charging first, and 3, there IS a return policy, and you can always get your money back, go to the gnc store itself and return it you liar!

That stated this would happen. YOU CHECKED THE BOX I AGREE when you submitted the order for the free trial
Its not their fault YOU CHOSE NOT TO READ THEM FIRST.
there are over 740 complaints posted about this already each and everyone of them has to do with NOT READING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CLICKING ON I AGREE.
YOU HAVE NO ONE TO BLAME BUT YOURSELF.

I'm having trouble believing this.

I've done buisness with GNC for a while now. I've always found them to be easy to deal with, efficient, and pleasant.
First, they have nothing on their website named "Acai Berry Edge".
Second, why did you not read the Order Summary page before you hit the "Confirm Purchase" button? Or check your followup confirmation email? If you didn't check the Order Summary before purchasing or the confirmation email after ordering, you must have caught this when it was withdrawn from your account.
Third, why are you receiving a bill? They do not ship until payment has been processed and if that's the point at which you caught the error, it's too late to cancel the order anyway.
Fourth, GNC has a 30 day moneyback guarantee. It DOES work because I have used it before. The only thing you cannot get your money back on is their Gold Card or Gift Cards. Their return policy is posted in plain sight on their website along with instructions as to how to return by shipping or at a local store.
I find it very hard to believe that you got this much runaround.

They have got the market! You shouldn't be surprised about their questionable charges.
