I am both comforted and scared to read all of the other reports about GNS. On the one hand, I'm comforted to know that I'm not the only one who has been duped. On the other hand, I'm scared as I look at what the company has gotten away with and all of the personal bank information they have on all of us.

Having said that, I ordered a sample (never ordered a three-month trial, but was told I did) of the Acai Edge vitamins and I waited and waited and never received the product. Then, I called to find out what had happened, and a rep. wanted me to return a product I'd never gotten. Once we finally got that piece straight, I was told that my shipping fee would be returned. Guess what? That was SEVEN, count them SEVEN, phone calls ago. Every time I call, I am told that "a supervisor will be crediting your account in 24-48 hours." This last time, I said that I wanted a check mailed to my place, but they refused to do it.

I placed my original order for the sample back on March 3rd. Here it is two months later and I'm no further ahead. In fact, I'm behind, because each time I have to use my cell phone to call the company, I burn about 25 minutes of MY air time. At this point, the company should owe me about $25. What this company does is pure, unadulterated fraud. When lots of honest business people are out there trying to make a "go" of things in this current economic climate, it makes me angry to have companies like GNS taking advantage of honest people.

We do have a 21 day trial promotion for our Acai Berry Edge product, this offer was never advertised as a sample. We do explain on the order page in the terms and conditions that you pay just the $3.97 shipping and handling up front, if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason and return it within the 21 day trial period you are never billed a thing.

We normally do not offer refunds for shipping and handling fees, however, it sounds as though an exception was being made for you. I'm not sure why you have been unable to have your issue resolved. Anytime a customer calls we make every effort to work towards a resolution. If a refund has been promised to a customer it does not take seven phone calls typically to have that taken care of and I do apologize if this is the case.
