I guess I'm just one of hundreds. I thought I was getting a free trial of weight loss pills. There was never any mention of having to pay $87.13 in a week after receiving the pills. They charged my card 3 weeks early. I had not even taken 1 capsule. I was also denied an authorization number to send back the pills saying it is past the time to send them back. I was told that I had only 15 days from the shipping date. I have had to cancel my bank account and reopen just to get the charges stopped. It would not be wise to depend upon this company for anything.

With our free trial offers we let our customers know exactly when they would be billed. We provide the date of the scheduled billing on the order confirmation page, order confirmation email, as well as on the order invoice. Also if the offer is advertised as a 21-day trial offer then you know that the trial period is for 21 days and you would be billed after that period of time ends. We never charge our customers prior to the trial period ending.

You state that you were denied an authorization number to send back your shipment. Our money back guarantee is 30 days from the date of purchase, it has never been 15 days from shipping date. Perhaps it was not our company that you spoke with in regard to a 15 day return policy. I believe that you ordered through a different company and not GNS. We do not charge the amount of $87.13 for any of our trial offers. Additionally, if a request is made to cancel future shipments we honor all requests and provide confirmation with a cancellation number. It would not be necessary to cancel your bank account to discontinue being billed. If you placed an order for any of our products we would be more than happy to address any of your concerns.

Thank you,
Supervisor
