Go bank A check for $2,000 was deposited into my go bank account via mobile check cashing, I was told that that if the check cleared , that it would be posted to my account and avalible . which would take 2 weeks to make sure the check clears. 

After the 2 weeks, the funds were posted to my account, and avalible, when I went to withdraw some of the money , I was not able to do so, , I called go bank and was informed that there was a block on my account , so I would not be able to access any of my funds, when I asked go bank why there was a block on my account , go bank informed me that they needed more time to review my account and then they would contact me, , it has been over 2 months and I have still not gotten any answers from go bank about. My account, I have tried a number of times trying to contact go bank , but I am not able to talk to a live person , all I hear is an automated message . I am never given the option of speaking to a live representative at all, so now 2months later the block is still on my account and I have not gotten any answers.
