GoDaddy.com Now they have a devilish 5-year default for domain registration. Read along Internet

Just registered for a new domain name to find out, too late, that they have changed their default registration length from 2 years to 5. THIS IS CLEARLY MADE ON PURPOSE, TO CATCH THE TRUSTING ONES. If you are not careful enough, you will end up paying for 5 years domain registration. Upon calling immediately after, the only thing the customer rep told me I could do is cancel the domain and then have to wait some 5 or 6 days in order to register it again (and then, there are no guarantees that it will be available, as someone else could possibly buy it before you do again). I'm sure a lot of people are falling for this and they are making much more money this way. I must have some 75 domains with them, but will start looking into other registrars.
