 I just wanted to add some integrity balance, Per this complaint, from the perspective of a extremely happy customer of the said individual and entities listed in the above complaint. I find the demeanor/intent of this said complaint to be questionable in many ways. So now that I have read it. I have researched the alleged accusations. Based off me research and personal experience with this entity and individual. I find most all of the content to be with out merit. Comes now, that I feel that I have an obligation to step forward and morally defend the accused based off "REAL” merit.... Not too mention, in business reputation is everything. So that’s another reason why I feel compelled to tell my story in a "REAL”, "FIRST” hand testimony. From a "REAL” customer responding on behalf of a "DIRECT” experience. Not a 3rd party.

As I’m sure just Like 100’s have in the surrounding community. I have used them for their products and services more than once. Specifically, The entire team from start to finish is professional, ethical, honest, prompt & efficient with their commitments. I will use them for anymore of my future remodel needs. Now I am going too step out of my lane and add a little calming water to the very serious claims, accusations and attacks per the complaint above. 1. Should a complaint with this validity be personally written by the actual victim who experienced the alleged mis conduct? Or seemingly in 3rd party form? 2. Why isn’t a proven "crook” in jail? 3. "Targeting elderly”, leaves some grey area? Should all of the already "targeted elderly” not step forward? 4. Sounds like you are pretty familiar with how a "insurance scam” works. I happen to work for one. We didn’t get our stripes by turning our cheeks to the "insurance scams” of the world. 5. I have looked into the alleged claim of the accused having "several different companies, under several different names”.? So does Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and Donald Trump. Should we applaud success or be haste with spite? 6. Again, research doesn’t not prove that "when ever the heat gets turned up he opens another company”. Branches and satellite offices are opened all the time in business. Maybe we are talking about a different type of heat. Are you suggested that the company get into the air conditioning business? 7. From my personal experience, If you want quality and honest service at a good price, then do business with this man and his company. 8. If you are in litigation is it in another county, state or country? Research doesn’t back the merit of the claim. Maybe you meant to say, "you are looking for a reason to con a good company out of hard earned money, by leveraging & attempting to smear their reputation”.  Michael Gillette has a long history of unhappy customers. He has left a trail of ripped off customers. The OP is correct, he has operated under various company names. (Midwest Exteriors) Take a look at Missouri Casenet website. Search Casenet with his name, there are pages of legal proceedings showing his pattern of breach of contracts. The folks down at the Franklin County Court House in Union, MO are very familiar with Michael Gillette.

Unfortunately, our attempts to find who posted these false claims have been unsuccessful.

“After doing extensive research, I hired GoEco Exteriors to replace my roof. GoEco gave me a reasonable, accurate bid for the roof the first time. They didn’t try to upsell me on products that weren’t needed or give me multiple bids, with deeper and deeper discounts each time.

They provided all the needed documentation and photographs for the insurance company in a timely manner. We scheduled a date range for GoEco to install my new roof and despite rain in the weeks prior to my planned install, GoEco came within the time frame promised.

The men went to work quickly to remove the old shingles. By the time the old shingles were nearly off, the delivery truck was there with the new shingles, loading them onto my roof. The men had the new roof completely installed within two days. They were polite, respectful of my gardens, and cleaned up the work area thoroughly when they were finished.

My job also required ceiling repair and painting in my living room and, despite some initial difficulty in matching the existing ceiling texture, the staff worked until they got it right! GoEco also ensured that a staff member was assigned specifically to my project. Larra was efficient and effective and was so helpful to me in communicating information about the status of my project, changes, timing, obstacles, and other important information.  We had a similar experience with this dishonest company. We found them on angies list with a decent rating, offering a coupon. We paid out of savings, no insurance. The original estimate deal was very misleading. He specifically told us not to go through angies list for the deal, which was the first way he screwed us, we found out later it was so he could charge us MUCH more for the job than the advertised deal with no recourse from angies. Not only did we have the job done twice because it was not done to manufacturers specification, but they also pulled off roof flashing that caused 12k in damage to our kitchen and bath. The roofer told us that it was clearly cut away with a knife at the joining of the roof and siding, and the roof had been done 5 months prior. We filed a claim with the BBB and angies list, and as the previous poster claims, he does change the name of his company to hide the complaints levied against him.

After reviewing the report on Ripoffreport.com that was brought to our attention by a company trying to solicit our business by removing the report, we are unaware of this situation. We have no enternal complaints of this nature and have no reports of complaints from organizations that rate our customer service. GoEcoExteriors is an extremely high rated company that focuses on affordable effcient products and most important high standards of customer service. We have no evidence of this situation or is the company in any litagation for any cause at this time. We plead that whomever wrote this report identify themselves because our attempts to identify this individual has been futile leading us to believe this is a marketing scheme or jealous competitor. Please feel free to contact.
