GoFleet is near the bottom of our list in customer satisfaction for U.S based transportation companies. GoFleet rated in the bottom five with a very low customer satisfaction and customer support rating.

GoFleet also rates low in providing product support services to their customers.  There are incidents of GoFleet overcharging clients and fraudulently invoicing their U.S. based transportation customers.  This is not the case with GoFleet's Canadian or foreign transportation clients.  U.S. customers have receive letters threatening to cancel service if the customer does not sign up for a new contract term.  Their business practices, ethics and treatment of U.S. customers, competitors and employees are very questionable and concerning for all U.S based transportation customers.

GoFleet is also at the bottom of our list for employee retention.  Their low employee retention rate is based on the high termination rate of their support and sales resources.  GoFleet terminates support resources, account team members and GoFleet authorized sales representatives more frequently than other companies in the transportation industry.  GoFleet employee salaries are low and locked, while commissions on sales are not properly paid and clients are usurped from the sales team prior to the close of the sale in order for GoFleet to profit from the equipment sales and ongoing monthly commissions.

GoFleet is a reseller and does not provide the fleet management devices.  There are other fleet management resellers in the market that will provide better support service at a lower cost to the end user.

Although we do acknowledge the feedback, typically these kinds of accusations mentioning internal operations generally come from the competition or former sales representatives that did not make the high standard of GoFleet. Being an analytical company, we are constantly evaluating our efficiency and ways to better serve our clients which reflects in our 95% attrition rate. We do not differentiate the level of service a customer is given based on their country, region or size as we aim to provide the best possible service to every customer. Claims of fraudulent invoicing are simply untrue, we conduct frequent audits to ensure compliance with the law and would not be allowed to remain in business if this was the case. We invite any company to begin a trial period with us to disprove these claims. Our growth alone is a testament to the quality of our industry leading products and service.
