I ordered a set of frames on November 30, 2010, The order was not processed until December 6, 2010. it gave a tracking number for fed-ex, that said they would arrive December 10 and I would need to sign for them. By 7Pm fed-ex admitted they had lost the package. The following day fed-ex rep was most helpful and agreed to assist in replacing my frames, however go-optic was uncooperative.

I explained to the call center that they needed to call a particular rep with fed-ex in order to expediate the process, I was then told that they could not even get my frames for another week. In calling go-optic the wait time for someone to answer the phone averages 20 minutes. The kind soul at fed-ex also tried calling the companyand offering to be of assistance butthey would not comply. I requested to speak to a managerMonday, December 13, he has yet to call me.I told them I just wanted a refund at that point.

Through this I discovered that via email you actually recieved a response, On December 14, the response was a claim had been filed and should be settled in 2-3 days and I would recieve a refund at that time.

WhenI called yesterday, I was told it was still being investigated. Once more I asked for management to call and I sent another email. Email response claimed I would hear something in 24 hours.

It seems this company is like a shell game, the address listed on-line is Wilmington Delaware, however the call center is on pacific time and I did find out the call center is not where the emails go. There is no listing for go-optic.com in Wilmington Delaware.

Who knowswhen or if I will get my money back
