I ordered 4 pairs of glasses and thought I would pick 2 and return all 4, and get them to makes lenses for the 2 I selected. I happened to call with a question and found out that there is a 15% restocking fee for my return--regardless of the condition. So I decided to cancel my order. That's when I found out there is a 10% cancellation fee. I'm screwed out of $40 and got absolutely nothing.

If you were going to return them for an exchange, then there wouldn't have been a restocking fee.  They have no restocking fee for exchanges as it states on the website.. You should read the policy before you post a ripoff report about it.. They aren't in the wrong here.

All of that information is on their website under "Store policies" and "returns and exchanges" in the future when you are attempting to ripoff a mail order company by renting glasses from them, you should probably check their polices before placing the order. If you had, you would see that they have policies to deal with people like you who are trying to rip them off.

No ripoff here.
