go4supply.com Bad toner cartridges - Company would not accept a return Rowland Heights, California

I purchased three Canon S35 toner cartridges in April 2010 from this company.  These were Canon-compatible cartridges.  The company assured me they would work as well as the Canon cartridges.

I purchased these cartridges in advance of the need, as I like to keep supplies handy for my office.  When I finally was in need of one of the cartridges, I discovered that all three of them were defective.  All three printed very lightly and not up to the quality of a regular Canon cartridge.  The printw as so light that it was unacceptable for business use.

I called the company and they told me repeatedly that they have a 90-day return policy, and would not accept the cartridges back. 

In my opinion a defective cartridge is defective even if it's 6 months old.  I did nothing to the cartridges in storage that would have affected their quality.  I expect this company to replace them, but they will not.

THIS COMPANY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.  UNLESS YOU PLAN TO USE THEIR JUNK EARLY ON, DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
