I enrolled in the 100 Day Challenge and cancelled before the final day which was the deadline to submit for a refund.  The Refund process is a ticket  submission system that does  not provide a confirmation page nor any type of email confirmation.  Later in the next month when checking my bank statements I realized the refund was never issued so I submitted another ticket and asked they simply honor my request and to check my login history to confirm I was not using the system. No response, no refund.  

To add insult to injury, the entire 100 Day Challenge system went down in July, still during my supposed enrollment period since I was never cancelled, and on his Facebook page, Gary Ryan Blair promised to refund anyone who asked due to the outage.  I realized that maybe that was the reason no one had bothered to contact me so I submitted yet another ticket fully expecting a refund since he claimed to offer them right there on his FB page.  No response, no refund.  Not even any type of acknowledgement I exist.  I attempted a Paypal dispute but since it is a service they were unable to get me a refund. 

Not sure how this guy can put out a Goals system that is supposed to empower people when he doesn't have the decency to make sure his system is set up to do what he says it will do, which is refund if customer is not satisfied.  You bet that it can take your money just fine though.
