Gobal Tel Link I am with AT&T and I have a family member that is an inmate at a correctional facility and, I am paying my phone bill each and every month and Global Tel Link is ripping the people off Internet

I am with At&T and my long distance provider is AT&T I have a family member that is an inmate in a correctional facility. My daughter started calling me from Bowie County Correctional here in the state of Texas.

When she would call it would be collect and it would go through with AT&T. Well after a few calls when she would call I was getting a recording from Global Tel Link stating that my call could not go through and if I wanted it io go through I had to call their customer service number.

It took me three days before I could talk to someone every time I called a recording will come on telling you that all of the customer service agents are business and that you will be placed next in cue and that an agent will contact you within 2 hours.

Two hours has done pass and gone. When I finally reached someone I was told that they would open my line again but the only this only one time only, and that they could only give me limit of $100.00. If I go over that I will have to open an account with them.

I do not think it is fair for me to have two account when all of my collect calls can go through with AT&T or, when my limit is over with them I have to go to western union a pay more money so they can open my phone line again so I can talk to my daughter.

This is ripping the people of. It just isn't fair.
