GoDaddy.com ripoff Charged Debit Card When Specifacally Asked Not Too, Caused Many Overdraft Fees RipOff Customer Service Ha!! What Customer Service. Scottsdale Arizona

I created a website and the only place I KNEW at the time to go to was godaddy.com to register a web domain name.

I gave them my debit card number to pay for the domain name, the product they use to build the site and for traffic blazer.

The kid I spoke with on the phone the night I was doing this was told and told again NOT to submit the charge for the traffic blazer, until i could get down there and deposit some more money so that it doesn't overdraft the account. The kid said fine that he wouldn't. Now I am looking at over $200.00 in NSF charges because they submitted the charge not once but 5 times!!!! in one night.

It seriously overdrafted my account, to where everything is bounceing now. I called and talked to godaddy.com billing department, and at first was calm but as the call went on and I learned they weren't going to do anything but cause me a headache, I started to get upset with them. They finnaly refunded one charge of $29.95 but won't refund the NSF charges that they caused. I have all five notices from the bank that arrived on the same day in the mail. I told them if they don't believe me that I would be happy to fax them over, they said no that the person who can help me was not in right now. I said he is never in... He wasn';t in at noon on the I called and he wasn't in at 2 o' clock or tonight even. I am seriously thinking of taking my website down now because of this. Something has to be done about these people.
