Goeman's Appliance Lazy and deplorable customer service. Do not trust this company or their employees expecially Melissa. Mississauga, Ontario

I purchaed appliances worth $25,000 and prior to my delivery date I had contacted Goeman's to confirm if there would be any problems deliverying the units into my home.  Our sales rep Brian said he would get back to us and sure enough he did the same day stating his delivery team are professional guys and they can handle the delivery.  The day of the delivery we only got half of our appliances and were provided with incorrect sizing accessory for our stove.  The delivery team said they need extra employees to deliver our fridge and would come back when they are in the area.  2 days later Goeman's came back and the delivery team said they needed 4 employees to deliver our fridge into our home and asked if they can leave the fridge in our garage to avoid excessive handling of the fridge which we agreed.  3 days later a supervisor showed up and said they can't deliver our fridge through the front door but they will delivery it through the back door but we have to breakdown our kitchen cabinets at our cost!!! Our builder instructed us NOT to breakdown our kitchen cabinets at our expense at Goeman's CAN deliver the fridge through the front door and Goeman's is just being lazy.  I had appliance delivered from another competitor and even they said that the fridge can be delivered through the front door - aside from the fact that the back door is much smaller than the front and there is no way Goeman's can delivery through the back door without damaging the outside of the property.  Melissa has been extremly uneducated and ignorant about the situation and I feel sorry for her becaue she works for Goeman's.  Rocco spoke with me and promised to call back ...i'm still waiting for that call.  Goeman's never call customers you have to call them.  Also it looks like they have to have a meeting on delivering the correct accesory cause I still haven't received it.
