On March 27, 2013 I placed two orders of flowers to be delivered on two different dates. I received a conformation email for one delivery. When I called to asked about the second order the lady helping me told me she could not fine it, that it must have not gone through and would have to be reordered.I did not reorder then, I went to work and reordered when I got home that night, about 9 hours later. I did receive a conformation on that order .
Come the day of the delivery two orders were sent, the one I was told did not go through, and the "replacement" order I placed.
Two identical, arrangements were sent how ever i was charged $75.00 for one, and $81.00 for the other. As I mentioned they came from the same florist, and were identical.
I called Go Florist, talked with Kathy, She took my information and listened to my complaint. She then said I must have talked to their answering service. I told her the lady I talked to never once said anything about being the answering service, and that she told me i would need to reorder.
Kathy did say she would look into everything and get back with me.
She had also mentioned "trouble a lot of people had with the internet because of Hackers?? and they had to re enter orders" HHHMMMM She did call me back, and said she talked to the delivering florist to see why they would send two identical orders to the same person from the same person without questioning it. They responded with they didn't come in at the same time....Kathy then told me they would not refund my money. And said she shows three confirmations being sent, (I have two) When I asked about my first call and being told the order needed to be replaced she said "You have no proof of that"
