GoGetter Beauty Sent me extremely low quality hair extensions and has made no attempt to resolve my issue. Has now begun ignoring my emails. Internet

Ordered hair extensions from this company claiming to be virgin brazilian hair. I contacted the company before hand to find out how many bundles I should order in order to achieve fuller hair when it was installed. On the website and on a card included in my package they advertise the inclusion of a product called fray block that stops the hair from shedding somewhat. Upon receiving my hair I immediately contacted the company to let them know that no fray block was in my package and that my hair was already showing signs of bad shedding and tangling. The OWNER responded that despite their blatent advertisement of the inclusion of fray block their supply had run out and they had no intention of further including the product, so basically I wasn't getting everything I was told was included. 

The next I went to have the hair installed. As soon as my stylist started to install the hair she became completely shocked by how poorly the hair was made, she commented on how badly the shedding was straight out of the package and how thin the bundles were. [continued below]....

..... I contacted the OWNER again during my install to tell her what was happening with the hair, to which she responded that it was basically my fault for not going out and buying the fray block myself and sealing my wefts. I have been getting har weaves for almost 10 years. Hair does not fall out in clumps the way this hair did simply from having the wefts cut. This amount of shedding and tangling only occurs from poor manufacturing. 

Five hours after having the hair in my head and sending emails to the owner, I removed the hair and sent her pictures of the product. She continued to tell me that never does she receive complaints because her business is perfect and that shedding and tangling never happens to her products "leading her to wonder what happened in my situation". After more condescending emails, I made it clear that I wanted a refund because the product was not of the quality I was promised. The owner than began ignoring my emails. I kept emailing her and eventually she responded that she wanted different types of pictures than the ones i had already provided. I was nothing but accomadating to this request and since sending her the type of photos she asked for the OWNER has now stopped responding to my emails all together. I emailed her once again stating......

",This has now been going on for a week. I sent you more photos upon your request. I have been nothing but accomadating to your request to show you how poor the hair I received was and a solution has not once been offered. If you have no intention of righting this wrong, which after all this time and being dragged out should be a refund, I would prefer to be told instead of receiving no response to my emails. If that's the case I will have the matter resolved without your assistance."

To which the owner of the company is still refusing to repsond to.

This company is disrespectful of their customer's money and has blatent bad customer service and lack of professionalism.

I have been a customer of GoGetter Beauty for more than a year now. I have even referred my hairstylist to purchase in bulk from the company. The company has a program that help hairstylsist make more moeny by selling hair extesions. I however still purchase my extensions from them because their prices are cheaper than my stylsist. I wanted to add my opinion because a collegue of mine was looking to wholesale from them and as she was researching the interent she mentioned this report and I was totally appalled by the young ladies experience. 

My exoeriences with GoGetter Beauty and EVERYBODY I have referred to them has always stated they have amazing cutomer service represnatives and some of teh best products on the market. It's a new company and they have issues like any start up. Selling hair extensions is a difficult market to tackle. Expecially the urban community. Now thats a another story. When I ordered the first time they sent me the wrong hair. I purchased the Platinum line Malaysian wavy extensions and they sent me Brazilian curly.

The curly hair was beautiful by the way! Anyways I called the 1800 # and informed the gentleman that answered of the mistake. He kindly appologized and gave me the return instructions. I returned the hair and they sent me the correct hair and even through in a GoGetter Beauty bling tank top as a gift.  #TeamGGB I purchase extesions from GoGetter Beauty every 2 months and give my old hair away to my daughters who are in high school. 

I have NEVER had a problem when it came to quality. And when it comes to customer service they always respond to my emails and call me within 24 hours to resolve my issue. 2102 Christmas I didnt receive the tracking information for an order I sent my sister in Georgia as a gift. A young lady by the name of Tia called me and loacted my order promptly and kept me updated on the status of my order as she figured out where my order was. It was delivered to the wrong address.

She even  contacted me a few days after I received my order to apologize again for the delay and gave me a discount on my next purchase. My sister received her hair after Christamas. I also follow several hairstylists on Instagarm and they often work with the company on photo shoots or install the hair in their clients hair. Some of there hairstylists have 20K followers. So I'm sure they don'thave complaints either.
