Dealing with the Golba Group is a serious mistake for anyone searching for a rental or a purchase property. The Real Estate code of ethics has been seriouly violated and this company should feel the pain as they have done to countless others. Ashley Reed and her corporate followers who tarnish the industry need to have their turn in the barrel. This company presures a person to place a deposit, threatens to rent the home underneath you if you don't..and keeps the deposit if you do not rent the property for any reason or circumstance.
This is an un-ethical practice and innocent people are being ripped off by the Golba Group. They will not return phone messages or give any difinitive answer. Something need to be done and the people who have been taken by this company need to find justice and closure. Thank you.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Real Estate Ethics

Actually, this is real estate law. If a tenant puts down a deposit on a home and then decides to back out of the home after it has been taken off the market by a property management company, the owner of the home has the right to keep the tenant deposit. That is what happened in this case.
