Employees say and do anything to get your money. When I realized how much it was just to sign up I was told my card was already processed. Told a manager would call and issue a refund next day as there wasn't a manager on duty. All lies. Manager could care less what I was told or even that I was scammed out of almost $200 because employees lie to get you in the door and sign. Apparently management doesn't know number to corporate.... right..... Lies! Still fighting to get my money back. 30 day money back is actually only a 3 day money back.... Will never step foot in that gym again. Will never recommend to anyone. My recommendation...stay away! Work out elsewhere! 
Wanted to come here so my husband and I could work out together with our son in their play area. I already work out at (((REDACTED))). We left and went to (((REDACTED))) and my husband was signed up for $10.....not $200 and lies. Never had any issues with (((REDACTED))) or its staff. We will switch off nights to work out, better option than dealing with rude unprofessional lying staff in an overpriced gym. (((REDACTED))) has everything and more for less per year and no lies.
