Gold4rs They scammed me out of 540 dollars. Internet

Hi, I had ordered a product from this online service for $581.99 on April 30,2010. Then a week later they had proceeded to tell me that the person wanted the product back and they would give me a new one for equal or lesser value. So I had chosen a new product and they refunded me 40$. A week later they had recovered the new product they had given me without telling me. So I contacted them and they played dumb acting like they didn't know what happened. So I filed a complaint with paypal and then it was later closed. Now this company still has my money and I have no product. They continuously say that if I close it it they will give me a new product. Which I have over 3 months ago and the complain only stay open for 20 days. Along with this I have had paypal send them numerous emails stating that it is closed. Every time I go to contact their services they give me the run around and send me to different departments and then finally say come back in 2 days or a few hours and then I get " Vivi: cancel   dispute   first"  from their workers. I was really helping you can help me solve this issue and help me either get my money back or get my product.
