This is different than my numerous casino complaints as related to software tampering, whereas this has to do with NON payment of $3700! READ e-mail to various people , media and agencies in the hope I will be assisted in recouping my money and will blacklist and harrass this casino UNTIL they RIGHTFULLY pay me. As I was fortunate to finally win a decent some of money with ONLY a $99 deposit!'

Sorry for the second posting but as you said I failed to spellcheck and sounding unprofessional and DUMB I corrected the mistakes.I am a long time on-line casino player at least frequently until U.S. Congress passed the stupid anti-gaming law, which left U.S. players with very little choice of reputable casinos. So, I took my chance at of the few casinos still left to play at and really had NO problem EVER being denied my winnings until I played 12 straight hours Last night Tuesday 10/02/07 at Golden Casino who I assumed was a FAIR and honest site. Of course, I learned differently when I went to log in tom my account this morning and couldnt log in I immediately called the support and spoke to CS rep. Steven who the transferred me to, supposedly, a Supervisor who goes by the name Maggie. The 1st question I asked is WHY cant I log into my account, which had nearly 600, I left in my account after I quit playing for the night, so that I would have something to continue with the next time I played, this was a long awaited good luck streak, for me. I also cashed OUT exactly 3035 last night see e-mail from casino, the 35 was to cover the cost of having my check sent to me via courier express. I have the e-mail confirming my cashout which I will paste below this for confirmation of the withdrawal. In any event, she Maggie explains to me that I played there before on a previous occasion, which in all honesty, I cant remember and if I did I did nothing wrong nor did I EVER chargeback that one time I may have played before. Nevertheless, she said since I had 2 accounts, which again I had no idea of, that I will NOT be PAID my near 3700 in winnings that I won with a 99 deposit. I think this is an outrage and total FRAUD, as I have waited a long time to finally win or cash out at an on-line casino that I periodically won at, although I lost much more than I ever won in the 7 or so years I have been playing. Now they are going to look for some technicality or loophole NOT to pay when I won the money fair and square. The fact that I registered a new or subsequent account should be irrelevant and is totally unjust and UNFAIR to DENY me my winnings, which is a rare thing winning that is. I mean this is NOT dispute about losing to alleged software tampering, this is about re-registering an account again, Not remembering the 1st one or having played there ONCE Futhermore, with all the same exact financial and personal information I sent, you and NOW they are looking for a BOGUS reasos and ways NOT to pay me. It was OK for the thousands I lost on-line and have always honored and never once charged back They also said, going back when they claim I played , that I sent them an harsh e-mail about my 1st BAD experience there and if so, it was merely feedback and frustration for losing whatever I lost at that time. I mean even so, I had the right to speak my mind and give player feedback, even if it is derogatory in nature. I was angry. But that doesnt give them the right to SCREW me out of a hefty 3700 Now That is if if you add what remained in my account as of last night, to my 3035 cashoutwithdrawal. I would really be grateful if you would intervene and contact them on my behalf and help me get my 3700 that I truly deserve, I would gladly donate 100 to you to keep up this great informative site you provide for players, as a way of saying thanks for your help and intervention. This is ONLY a small fraction of my total losses to date and I deserve that WIN and am entitled to it, despite them trying to invent ways to avoid paying me what I finally WON a very Un-Golden casino. Please, Help me in pursuading them and urging them tio do the RIGHT THING AND PAY ME.Thanks Ed Sicoli I agree with Casinomeisters stipulations: yes

Email from the casino to confirm that although i filed various complaints this is the first time I was NEVER PAID my winnings!

Your cash-in request has been received for processing. Until your cashin is processed, the remaining payment is available to you to redeposit in full - or in part - back into your Golden Casino account.

We will refund your withdrawal to your selected payment method. If you purchased only with a Credit Card we will forward you a check to the following address:

If you are to receive check, there are three delivery options by which you can receive it. You will have to choose one: Regular Mail or FedEx/UPS.

1) Regular Mail: This delivery method varies in time and may take over two weeks to reach you, depending on your location.

2) FedEx/UPS: This delivery method reduces the delivery time to around three or four days. You will also be provided with a tracking number in order to monitor the status of your delivery. A cost of US$35.00 will be deducted from your pending bank draft/check.

PLEASE NOTE:

Regular Mail will be used unless we hear from you before the draft/check is issued. Please forward this e-mail to admin@goldencasino.com and specify your delivery option if you wish us to use FedEx/UPS.

While we will do our utmost to ensure that all withdrawals are paid out in the shortest possible time, certain factors beyond our control (such as limitations imposed by financial and/or banking institutions) may result in withdrawals taking longer than expected to reach your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
