Let me begin with saying that we are in our line of business for over 16 years now and this is the second time that we had someone complain or submitted a report about our company and practices. We are a brokerage and a property management company, serving over 600 units in Broward and Dade County. As a management company, we are proud to say that we take pride in our services and we give a fast, reliable and safe service to all of our tenants and at any time of the day.

In regards to this complaint, both tenants move to a large home and from day one had struggled with paying the amount they committed too, and on top of that, did not take into account that the monthly expanses of up keeping a home at this size will cost them an additional significant amount. I also like to add that they signed a lease that was clearly stating that all expenses are tenants responsibility (water, trash, sewer, electric, lawn care, etc..). As every home, new or old has its issues, we were always on top of any service request that was made by the tenant and we have all documents and records to prove so.

At one point there was an issue with the water and the city that took a bit longer to take care off due to a city mistake and responsibility ( that did NOT effected the livelihood of the tenant), and ones that issue was resolved we credited the tenant back the amount that they paid in full( the amount was $556.48, and was paid back to the tenant on march, 2016). Unfortunately, what the tenants complain is missing here is the entire story of the struggle to pay the rent amount due on time and ending up being delinquent on the account and ending up being send for eviction that was sign by the judge and agreeing with our management company.

Obviously this is just another unreasonable complain from a bitter tenant that is just trying to ruin a good reputation to a highly motivated and responsible company, due to their own fault and irresponsibility. In additional to that, I like to add that we have ALL document to support this case, from lawyers, court documents, city record, service line data, vendors, and all emails communication, and we have no issue to share that info to prove that we are in the right.
