Goldmoney Impossible to Access Account, stonewalled by company. Toronto Ontario

It's ironic that I received the most impersonal and inadequate customer service from goldmoney because I originally turned to goldmoney because I wanted to diversify from the impersonal banking system. I have been trying to access my account for months now, and have not received an adequate response. When I first opened my account I opted for two factor authentication. This means I had to confirm my cellphone number before accessing my account online. Unfortunately, I no longer have that cell phone number, and consequently can not access my account. Goldmoney first gave me a ridiculous set of things I had to do to access my account including holding up a paper bill of my new cellphone number(don't receive paper billing) next to a screen shot of something on laptop while holding a passport. Basically just a ridiculous set of things I couldn't do. They since completely stopped responding to my repeated requests for a verification process I can actually do. I have very small holding less than 200 dollars, but I needed that money, and goldmoney has been completely indifferent to me as a customer. I have been unable to access MY money. I just think it's sad that goldmoney is no better than the impersonal financial system they claim to be an alternative to. They missed an opportunity to have a loyal customer because I will continue to use precious metals but with a different company in the future. I hate goldmoney.
