Golds Gym/01 Fitness Evolution Swift Funds Collections Turned me over to Swift Fnds and never ever contacted me about my bill. This is funny because I had auto pay out of my checking and when it converted from Gold's to Fitness they quit taking money out of my acct. so I assumed since it was under a new name I would have to sign up again and just never did. Then I find out 2 years later almost that I have an outrageous bill in collections! No One EVER notified me of the bill building up they just quit taking the money out of my checking and then this! This is the worst company ever! Golds and Fitness Evolution they are abusing people and purposely wrecking everyones credit! Zimmerman Minnesota

 Gold's Gym aka Fitness Evolution simply quit taking direct pay out of my account and never notified me. I figured since it was under a new name and ownership you had to sign up agian. (I didn't even know about the change) They quit taking so I quit going also due to health issues I could not go to the gym. And almsot 2 yrs later I discover that this Swift Funds has my collection from Gold's? Really?!

No notification not attempt to collect themselves with a phone call or letter. Just let it build to 681.00. And you find out when you go to get a loan. This is not right and I know I am not the only one who has been wronged by this company. Some Justis somewhere needs to be sought!

I wrote several letters to Gold's also called them and called the gym itself. The lady who runs it told me basically I owed them and that was that. I have never been contacted by Swift Funds and I am not paying this debt ever. I do not owe it I did not go to the gym and they never contacted me saying we are going to stop auto pay and you need to pay monthly.
