On March 18, 2011, I ordered an accessory from GolfCow only to realize immediately I put down the wrong item number.
To my chagrin, the charge had already gone through PayPal.
I called the company, but it was apparently a store front only because a recording only asked customers to leave a name and number.  I followed up with an e-mail; it, too, did not elicit a company response.

I checked complaint boards and found others complaining about GolfCow charging PayPal and credit cards instantly for purchases even though items weren't sent for days.

GolfCow tried to tell me it did not get any of my messages.  Finally, it agreed to refund my full purchase price PLUS return shipping costs (e-mail msg).

I returned the item the day it arrived at my home.  It arrived two days later at GolfCow, but it took two more days to get a PayPal refund.  The problem is that GolfCow failed and continues now not to pay my return costs.

I filed a merchant/vendor complaint with PayPal; it is now in the hands of the Fraud Department.

GolfCow, unlike Amazon, takes your money first, not when the item is shipped, which is a shoddy way to run a business.  With Amazon, should I make a mistake in my order, I can instantly correct the mistake (which did happen to me one time in the last five years with Amazon).

Others on the net and on this board have complained about GolfCow.  Thank you, RipoffReport, for giving us this forum.
