On Oct.17 this year I responded to an ad on Facebook for instructions and tools to carve unique flowers and designs into Gelatin cakelike desserts. The "cook book" was a 4 page uninformative PDF that I had trouble retrieving and got a response from a person named GONCOLO HOSHI. I did retrieve the book but have never received the tools that I paid for. The order number was #2313 into their account TECDISCOVERY.COM 351913107366 for $22.94. I have tried to contact this person several times and they do not respond. Today I looked up the number and the address and mysteriously the address has an APARTMENT number of 2313 the same as my order number and upon talking to the owner she tells me that she only sells baking goods and has never heard of this HOSHI person. Her company is YUMMY BAKING Company The Hoshi company was YUMMY BAKING. I fear I have been taken for the ride. What can we do? What other information can I provide to help?
