In early May 2006, we called Good Ol'Boys from an ad in the Toronto Yellow Pages. Lee Nelson called back and sent us an estimate of the move via internet. I called him to confirm this informatio and told him I wanted him to move us from Toronto to Alberta.

We were arriving there on June 12th, so I asked him what date was good for him to get it there on that date. Everything was ready to be moved immediately, so the pick up date was up to them. They chose a date of June 5th, 2006 to pick up our furiture

GO ON TO THE POLICE!

AUTHOR: Wendy - (Canada)

POSTED: Friday, November 03, 2006

I apologize to readers. The report seen here was sent unfinished. A new report was filed. Please search the company on this site and see what comes up.

This will make two similar reports from customers of this company. See them on this site and of course. I was e.mailed by Lee Nelson with threats as he is scared that his company is finally being exposed.

Lee Nelson, you claim to be a mover. Stop the false claim. You are simply a scammer. You were in the business for 31 years as a moving hand, NOT A BUSINESSMAN FOR SURE. Leave out the business and go back to being a moving hand. You have no clue about running a business.

By the way, all the details in your rebuttal were never mentioned by me. Thanks for informing the public what you are up to. I have never met you, never signed anything, you only wanted our deposit on Pay Pal. We stupidly sent it.

Pay us back our shipping cost of $2,000 and the .60 cents per pound as required by law.

The law is on the way to you and Alliance Van Lines. Major violations were made. You will soon find out. Take us to the police or anywhere else. They will only make this publicity even sweeter.

Unfortunately this customer has been hurt by the fact that she did not want to purchase insurance and signed off on her insurance that she shipped the shipment released.... In fact it was not us but Alliance Van Lines in our group of movers that hauled the shipment... The truck was totalled during transport and unfortunately the insurance company would not pay out very much due to the fact that she did not want nor did she pay for the extra coverage offered. After 31 years in the moving business we do not scam or rip off customers. With 6 locations we have had troubles from time to time expecially with one office that was closed down but this moved was booked with head office and bottom line is If this treatment is not removed from this site we will have no choice but to go to the police and file slander charges as several statements are easily proved as not being truth... She is simply upset that insurance will not pay her out for the accident because she did not take coverage. She paid what she should have but failed to mentioned accident and there is no scam as she signed off on insurance. 31 years in business to recieve crap like this is rediculous. Please arrange to have this immidiately removed or she unfortunately will be hurt further by having slander reports filed against her.
