Good 'Ol Boys Moving Two Small Men With Big Hearts Poor customer service and responses London, Ontario Canada

I'm writing this report regarding the poor customer service oft this company and it's drivers. I booked a move last week of April 2011 with Good 'Ol Boys moving from Calgary, AB to London, On. and spoke directly with the owner for the booking, Lee Nelson, for a move date of May 11, 2011 between 11:30am and 2pm. Everything sounded legit until 2 days prior to the move when I get a call asking if I can get pushed back 2 days.

This was unexceptable as I had booked my plane tickets and could not reschedule, then on the day of the move I waited for the movers call and heard nothing form them by 2pm so I called the company and they gave me the drivers phone number. I called the driver and was told that he is running behind due to office politics and what not and was told he would try to get me loaded that evening, I waited yet again for a call as to what the ETA would be and heard nothing yet again and took the matters into my own hands again and called the driver, again was given the excuse of being behind, so I said if that was the case then the next morning would do as long as it was no later than 8am as I have an 11:30 appointment and flying out that evening.

When 8am came the next day I still haven't heard from the driver, I called the company once again, as well as tried the driver but his phone was off, then at 9am I get a call saying they will be there shortly and when the driver arrived the excuse I get is that he and his helper had e few drinks the night before and were not feeling too great, unproffessional to say the least, as I was being loaded I got a call from my mother and all the driver could do was chatter rudely in the back ground making fun and swearing, again, unproffessional, when I spoke to Lee regarding this I was told he would make things right and try and make me happy again.

Now It is May 25, 2011 and my stuff still hasn't arrived and whaen on the 24th I called I was told I would be delivered then, still no call from the driver and no explanation as to why and I'm being qouted full price still, I would at least expect a discount or better yet free services for the incompetency of both the company and the driver's etiquette! no appologies will cut it in this matter as I moved from Montreal to Calgary 5 years ago and the driver said he remembers that move as he worked that move under Two Small Men and it didn't take nearly as long and half the price! Albiet I have more stuff but not nearly the amount to justify a charge of over $2600 with the deposit I made of $504 included in that price!!

Needless to say I will not be recommending this company nor using them ever again!!!
