I paid goodbeads 47.87 for work at home kit. kit did not come in the 3-7 business days as promised. 

 i called everyday for 1 mo. finally i spoke with a woman,who says she is customer service. she was VERY rude instead. she told me thay had no record of my transaction, i would have to send them a bill stament to verify purchas. once i sent the statement thay called an said that thay found my kit. i said thanks but no thank you, i want my money back. she got upset an told me to send my request in to the company in writeing,an to stop calling because my number will be blocked.
