for a small aution site it seems like they get an awful lot of last second snipes. They also misrepresent what they are selling. I bid and won a lot of legos "Grab Bag of 5 LBS Legos + (8709823)" advertised as 5+ lbs of legos. What I actually picked up was a Gross weight of 3lbs 1.6oz including all bags and packaging. which I consider to be a far cry from 5 lbs. I email the main office and they told me to write to the local office. I have email them.... both time only to recieve an automated reply that they would: Thank you for your message.  We will reply as soon as possible during our weekday business hours unless your question is already answered by the information below.
