GOODWILL STORE , RON KRATOFIL CEO GINGER HAASE JOANNE PACANA BARB CLERK The workers here are rude and lazy. I have never been to a Goodwill Store like this one. I wanted to donate four boxes of books, and I could tell that they didn't want to deal with it, so I turned a Grinnell, Iowa
*Consumer Comment: Sorry
I will never ever go back to the Goodwll Store in Grinnell. These people are not only lazy, but rude! I wanted to donate 4 boxes of books.
Ignoring me, one clerk turned to another and made the comment, practically rolling their eyes at each other.
If they hate their jobs so much, quit! I'll take my stuff to a Goodwill that cares! Any one but this one!!!

Sorry that you thought they treated you rude. They should have just said Thanks but No Thanks
Goodwill doesn't have room for the thousands of books folks want to donate daily.
Your best bet is donate them to your local library. If there is something they need it will go on the shelf. Things they dont need, Friends of the Library will try to sell them to make money for the library and what doesnt sell is recycled.
