I find the Goodyear operations to be dishonest and close to scam operation.

The rebate paperwork that customer sends seems to go to trash by default and the customer is burdened with the proof.

Even after sending in the proof, this information doesn't get into their "system" leaving the customer to follow-up further. This works well with them as only 20% of them really follow-up on this to the end.

Shame on Goodyear and Citibank ownership.
