Google Adwords Ripped off by inexperience, programming errors and no customer service Phoenix, AZ Internet

I run a small business consulting company where I help small business people become more efficient with their systems & procedures, set up accounting & reporting systems, analyze their performance & set goal for improvement, reduce costs, write capitalization and exit plans, etc. I have over 25 years’ experience and I have been very valuable to my existing clients. I have been doing consulting for the past 5 years. Before I ran my own companies which consisted of real estate development, IT consulting and software development.

Since my six (6) complaints to Google Support, Billing & my Campaign Advisors made respectfully on May 4, 7, 9, 11, 22, & 23, 2015 I have NOT heard anything concerning my issues from ANYONE. All they did was take my money. I am warning other small businesses to be careful due to the following reasons:

[1] Paying for PPC outside of the targeted area: I discussed SPECIFICALLY this with Rasheed Allahar and Jon Kim (my Google AdWords Campaign Advisors) that I wanted leads in only 4 counties that I could service. Later I find out I have clicks from 60 of so foreign countries. Neither told me that my clicks are originating from outside my targeted areas even though they knew I only wanted four county regions.  On the contrary, Mr. Kim felt a little irritated with my concerns. In fact, reviewing the data, there are PPC that would NEVER materialize into any sales since they were coming from internationally and impossible to meet these leads. I find it hard how a person outside of this country would even want small business consulting but the campaign advisors felt it would be good. I would never approve of this waste.

I am requesting that all these PPC outside of the targeted area be credited back to my account immediately. Never happened. In fact, I asked for a detailed billing and was never given one.

[2] Directing indiscriminative traffic to my home page: Before I implemented Google Adwords campaigns, I had an average of 5-7 visits a day. Just one day later when I engaged Google Adwords campaign and it shoots up to about 300 clicks per day. This is all confirmed with my independent statcounter. How can this be?? It is like google just directed a slew of indiscriminative traffic on one programmable algorithm. This does not seem plausible. Seems to me that my true interests were sacrificed in the name of revenue for their PPCs. They never explained this at all.

[3] Goal was NEVER achieved: My campaigns cost me over $1,150 from March 27th and up till May 11, 2015 and have produced over 9,000 visits but NOT ONE person going to my contact page and requesting a FREE business consultation. Mind you it is FREE and it was the goal of the campaign!! How can this be?? If this is the case, Google's algorithm programmed to attract the PPCs was not done right. I understand it costs money to make money, but with the percentage being ZERO, obviously there is something wrong with the campaign strategies of which they already told me they had HISTORY of similar business campaigns!

[4] Google Advisors learning on the job: Lastly, the advisors fed me piece-meal solutions only on what my website should have been and did not give me these suggestions before implementing the campaigns, something I find very unprofessional and neglectful. I don't like anyone learning on the job and off of my nickel.

These are generally my concerns. I have an audit trail on all these concerns documented through emails and contacts with Google Support other than my campaign advisors. I am expecting a logical and detailed cogent response concerning the above points. Will I ever get one?
